Fredericksburg Inn & Suites Completes Renovation

Fredericksburg Inn & Suites celebrated the completion of a $1.3 million dollar exterior renovation by holding an Open House on Thursday October 28, 2004. Invitations were sent to Chamber of Commerce members, the Mayor and City Council, the Police and Fire departments, and other members of the community.  Around 150 attended the event and enjoyed complimentary Texas Hill Country wines, live music by Debbi Walton, catering by Dawn Gentle of Delicious Details, and tours of the property.

he renovation focused on bringing a “Hill Country” look to the property and included a new roof, new paint, new stone masonry, and the addition of a second resort-style swimming pool with in-ground hot tub and an outdoor open-air cabana with fireplace and TV. High-speed wireless Internet connectivity was added to all the guestrooms and public areas, and the Front Office/Reception area was completely remodeled.
